Kathy Matheny

Kathy Matheny has extensive experience in executive support and talent acquisition, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Global Communications at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since August 2011. Prior roles include Supervisor of Global Talent Acquisition Scheduling Operations and Executive Recruiting Administrator at the same company. Kathy has also served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Veyance Technologies, Inc. from July 2007 to March 2011, and as Executive Assistant to the President of Engineered Products at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from February 2001 to July 2007. Kathy holds an Associate's degree in Executive Secretarial Science from Stark State College.
