Kees van de Wetering

Kees van de Wetering is an experienced HRIS professional with a robust background in human resources information systems and data management. Currently serving as HRIS Business Analyst Principal EMEA at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2022, Kees previously held various positions at Honeywell, including HRIS Director, where leadership was provided to global and regional HR Data Management teams. Additional roles at Honeywell encompassed Sr HRIS Manager, HRIS Manager, Sr HRIS Analyst, and HRIS Analyst, contributing significantly to data accuracy and project management. Earlier experience includes working as a PeopleSoft HR Security Consultant at Daimler AG and providing HRIS support and development at Honeywell and CapGemini. Kees holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a BA (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton.
