Leean Nocom is an accomplished professional with experience in operational leadership and continuous improvement, holding ambitions of becoming a General Manager and Global Accounts Receivable Manager. With a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and Spanish language proficiency at C2 level, Leean has demonstrated expertise in customer service leadership and relationship management through various roles, including Team Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk and Senior Team Lead at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Leean’s career highlights include reducing penalties in collections and receiving the Leader of the Quarter Award in 2018. Leean earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Paul University and pursued studies in Spanish Language and Culture at Instituto Cervantes de Manila.
