Lindsay Thames, MBA, is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in workplace technology and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Workplace Technology Architect and Global Architect Lead at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Lindsay leads technical projects aimed at migrating Cooper Tire's digital environments and architecting mobile device management solutions. Previously, as a Senior IT Architect at Cooper Tire, Lindsay implemented modern workplace technologies for over 6,000 workstations. Earlier roles include Senior Information Technology Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where Lindsay managed application lifecycle and deployment for 30,000 workstations, and Field Services Engineer II at Wipro, focusing on Microsoft deployment strategies. Lindsay holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from The University of Findlay.
