Mandy Willis is currently the Senior Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they provide IP counsel for the Chemical and Material Science Divisions. Previously, they held roles at Fay Sharpe, advancing from Associate to Partner, and served as a Service Volunteer in Community HealthCorps through AmeriCorps, promoting health awareness in the community. Mandy is pursuing a Juris Doctor at Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Sociology from Case Western Reserve University.
