Matt Cimperman

Matt Cimperman, MBA, has a diverse background in finance, beginning as a Server and Host at Sunny Street Cafe from February 2012 to January 2016. Cimperman gained early experience as a Surplus Property Assistant at The University of Akron from June 2016 to May 2018, and as an intern in the Asset Management Department at Sequoia Financial Group from August 2016 to May 2017. At The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Cimperman served in various roles from October 2020 to July 2022, including Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A, where responsibilities included consolidation and report creation for senior leadership. Cimperman has also held positions such as FADP Associate in Centralized Plant Accounting, where monthly closings and waste tracking were performed. In additional roles, Cimperman conducted financial analysis for the Americas FP&A and led financial analysis for new projects within the Latin American Consumer sector. Education includes an MBA in Management from The University of Akron, achieved between 2019 and 2021, and a BBA in Corporate Financial Management and Financial Services obtained from the same institution between 2014 and 2018.
