Mike Hallbauer has an extensive background in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the Americas since May 2007. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Manager of Human Resources for North American Tire Manufacturing and managed HR functions at the Lawton, Oklahoma manufacturing facility and the Union City, Tennessee plant, overseeing a workforce of 4,000 employees. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1981 and 1986.
