Mike Mayer

Mike Mayer is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since June 1998, currently holding the title of Senior Data Scientist, focusing on Discrete Event Simulation. Previously held roles include Staff Data Scientist, Senior Development Engineer, and Application Development Consultant, where contributions spanned IT infrastructure, data management, and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Mike was a Senior Technical Consultant at Lanner Group, Inc., and a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Visual Numerics. An early career internship in industrial design at RCA Consumer Electronics complemented an academic background in Industrial Design, with a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University.
