Nick Graydon is currently the Global Procurement Counsel at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they leverage extensive experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and procurement. Prior to joining Goodyear in 2012, Nick served as Senior Counsel in both commercial and operational capacities, and as an attorney for North American Tire. They began their legal career as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 1994 to 1998, and were a Partner at Gordon, Arata, McCollam, Duplantis & Eagan, LLP from 1998 to 2004. Nick is pursuing a J.D. magna cum laude at Georgetown University Law Center and holds a B.A. cum laude in Philosophy, with minors in History and Religious Studies from Louisiana State University.
