Nuo Ma currently serves as Vice President of HR for the Asia Pacific Region at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nuo Ma was the VP of HR for China Mainland and Hong Kong at Haleon and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AAC Technologies from October 2021 to June 2023, as well as at Inventus Power from September 2019 to September 2021. Nuo Ma's extensive experience at Inventus Power also includes roles as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Asia and VP of Global HR, where responsibilities encompassed leading global HR teams and enhancing talent management strategies. Nuo Ma's career began at Henkel in various HR positions, culminating as HR Director for Adhesives across Asia Pacific. Nuo Ma holds an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis, an MBA from Tianjin University, and a Bachelor's in Economic Trade from Yantai University, along with college education in British Literature from Shandong University.
