Raymond Norris

Raymond Norris currently serves as the Vice President Global EHS and Business Continuity at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Norris was the Director of Operations Commercial Europe at Goodyear Dunlop SA from July 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain strategies for various tire sectors. With a strong background at Goodyear EMEA as Manufacturing Director Commercial from August 2015 to July 2021, and extensive experience at Kimberly-Clark from December 1991 to August 2015 in various senior roles such as UK Manufacturing Director and European Supply Chain Director, Norris has a rich history in operational leadership and strategic execution. Education includes studies at Burton Upon Trent Technical College and Wulfric School in Burton Upon Trent.
