Ross Smith

Ross Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and finance across various sectors, particularly in Africa. Currently serving as Strategic Projects Director at Goodyear since August 2013, Ross focuses on transforming business strategies for retail operations across the continent. Prior roles include Retail Finance Director for Goodyear Sub Saharan Africa and Acting General Manager for TrenTyre Pty Ltd, where Ross managed significant revenues across multiple countries. As the CEO and Founder of Ross 1 Ventures, Ross initiated the supply of prominent fashion and sports brands into African markets. Earlier career highlights include a decade-long tenure as Managing Director at Nike South Africa and serving as Finance Director for Novo Nordisk A/S in the pharmaceutical industry. Ross holds a B.
