Shawn Pace

Shawn Pace is an accomplished professional in the procurement and sourcing sector, currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2011. With a progressive career at Goodyear, Shawn has held multiple key positions, including Sr. Director of Global Indirects Procurement and Global Sourcing Director for both Manufacturing Indirects and Capital Projects and Manufacturing Equipment & MRO. Prior to joining Goodyear, Shawn worked as a Global Category Manager for Synthetic Rubber, Monomers, and Process Oils in April 2009, and as a Global Materials Contract Manager from April 2006 to September 2007. Earlier experience includes a Technical Sales Representative role at PolyOne from 2000 to 2004. Educationally, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, earned between 1995 and 2000, and graduated from Green High School in 1995.
