Sparsh Sharma

Sparsh Sharma is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in algorithm development, specifically in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Staff Algorithm Development Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since June 2020, Sparsh supports the development of algorithms for intelligent tires. Prior experience includes a role as a Vehicle Dynamics & Race Data Analysis Intern with RLE INTERNATIONAL Group, contributing to a race car project for endurance racing, and a Powertrain Engineer position on the Formula Student Team Delft, focusing on battery selection and coordination with multiple engineering departments. Additional internships include automotive technician roles at PERFORMANCE AUTO and Maruti Service Masters, and serving as Lead Powertrain Engineer at Pravega Racing. Sparsh holds a Master of Science in Vehicle Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
