His career began at NINEMEISTER LIMITED as a technician specializing in Porsche servicing, repairs, and race preparation. Stephen then served as a customer technical advisor at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd before joining The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities progressed through several engineering roles focused on high-performance motorcycle tire development for motorsport applications, including participation in prestigious championships like MotoGP and IOM TT. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a manufacturing associate at Bentley Motors Ltd.
