Susan Jin is currently the APAC CIO at Goodyear, a position held since 2024. Previously, Susan served as the APAC IT Executive Director at Adient from 2015 to 2024 and as the China IT Director at Johnson Controls from 2005 to 2015. Susan earned a degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from China Textile University (1994-1998) and completed a course in Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business in 2021.
