Taner Tunc

Taner Tunc is an experienced professional in operational excellence and plant optimization, with a career at Goodyear spanning from October 2015 to the present. Initially serving as an Opex Plant Optimization Leader, Taner led the deployment of operational excellence strategies and coached staff on methodology. Progressing through various roles including Environment, Health, Safety and Training Coordinator, Production Specialist, and Continuous Improvement System Manager, Taner ensured compliance and drove lean transformations. Since January 2017, Taner has focused on Plant Optimization in Turkey, providing governance for two factories and supporting strategic deployment across the organization. Currently, as the Manager of the Goodyear Production System for the EMEA region, Taner leads the evolution of Goodyear’s operational excellence framework, applying over a decade of expertise. Taner holds a degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and completed high school at Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi.
