Victor Rojas has extensive experience in human resources and management across multiple industries. Victor held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Smith & Nephew from May 2020 to January 2021, and earlier served in various roles at Sykes, including Cisco TAC Manager and Network Technician, from December 2004 to April 2010. At Intel, Victor was GAM HR Contact Center Manager from May 2010 to April 2013, and later served as Compute Hosting Ops Manager, GES Manager for Greater Americas Region, and Payroll Manager between February 2016 and March 2018. Following this, Victor worked at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics as GBS HR Regional Manager from March 2018 to May 2021, and as Human Resources Manager at Amazon from May 2021 to November 2024. Currently, Victor is the Costa Rica HR Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since December 2024. Victor holds an IMBA from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and an MBA from Universidad Europea de Madrid, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.
