Wes Strader has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as the Site Procurement Leader at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2022. Prior to this role, Strader held the position of Materials Manager at Wyman Gordon from November 2018 and was the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Ribbon Communications from September 2010 to June 2018. Additionally, Strader has experience as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Operations at GENBAND and Nortel Networks, contributing to component sourcing and EMS management. Strader began a career in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Technician from October 1984 to October 1988. Wes Strader holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
