A.J. Bauser

A.J. Bauser is currently a Global Process Owner and Program Manager at Google, where they have been responsible for strategic service, process, program design, and supplier strategy since 2023. Prior to this role, A.J. held positions at Google as a Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, leading a team responsible for hiring mid to senior-level software engineers in North America and managing various diversity and inclusion initiatives.
