Aaron Madfes has over two decades of experience in the legal field, starting as a Litigation Paralegal at Keker & Van Nest from July 2000 to December 2011, working on a diverse range of cases, including Pro Bono and multibillion-dollar civil litigation. Since January 2012, Aaron has been employed at Google as a Legal Specialist and Manager, overseeing the development and performance of a team of Litigation Paralegals, implementing organizational strategies, and enhancing onboarding and training processes.
