Previous roles span a range of positions in usability and product service management at notable companies such as The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, AutoZone, and Oracle Corp. Notably, Aaron co-founded EchoUser, a UX consultancy, and served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and strategic planning.
