Abeer has worked as a Rocket Payload Engineer and Project Manager at Team Antariksh, leading a team to develop a sounding rocket and a nanosatellite. Abeer has held various roles, including Quantum Hardware Engineer at Google, Quantum Device Engineer at Atlantic Quantum, and Qiskit Advocate at IBM, focusing on superconducting quantum processors and hardware design.
