Abhinav Arora is a driven and passionate machine learning engineer with over 8 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, complemented by a decade of software engineering. They have held various positions, including Research Lead at Gemini Post-Training and a Tech Lead Software Engineer at Meta. Abhinav previously worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Baidu USA and gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Pure Storage and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. With a B.E. in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and a Master's in Computational Data Science from Carnegie Mellon University, they combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, having led teams of engineers, computational linguists, and scientists.
