Adam Dally

Adam Dally is a seasoned professional in hardware engineering and cryogenics, currently serving as a Hardware Engineering Manager for Scalable Cryogenics at Google since October 2025. Prior to this role, Adam held positions as a Scientist at HRL Laboratories, LLC from April 2020 to August 2025, and as a Senior Cryogenic Physicist at Honeywell from October 2015 to April 2020, specializing in Six Sigma Hardware Design. Adam's experience also includes teaching as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and serving as a Research Assistant at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Minnesota, contributing to significant projects such as the development of a detector calibration system for bolometer arrays and the analysis of infrared photometric data. Adam holds a PhD in Nuclear and Particle Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Astrophysics and Physics from the University of Minnesota.
