Customer Solutions Engineer

Adam Read possesses extensive experience in telecommunications and software engineering, having worked in various roles since 2003. Initial responsibilities as a Research Assistant at CITO Adhoc Wireless Networking Lab included writing comprehensive documentation on routing protocols and network security. A Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria, Adam led multiple project management initiatives, including the introduction of a configuration management system and the migration of M2M & IoT customers to a new BSS environment. As a Specialist Engineer at Google, Adam further advanced skills in customer solutions until transitioning to the role of Customer Solutions Engineer in February 2025. Additional experience includes software development at Rohde & Schwarz and technology deployment at the American International School in Dhaka. Adam's educational background includes an MSc in Computer Science from Fernuniversität Hagen and a BSc in Computer Science from Athabasca University.
