Aditya Gupta has a diverse background in finance, technology, and strategy, holding key positions across various prestigious organizations. As a Credit Risk Manager at American Express, Aditya spearheaded the integration of a fintech solution to enhance commercial lending products in the U.S. market. Subsequently, at Revolut, Aditya led initiatives to bolster compliance with AML regulations across a global KYC and payments product suite. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Credit Suisse, where Aditya validated derivative pricing models, and as a Technology Consultant at PwC India, managing the delivery of enterprise mobile applications. Additionally, Aditya contributed to policy recommendations as a Policy in Action Fellow at YLAC. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently, Aditya holds the position of Program Manager at Google.
