Aditya Padala

Aditya Padala is an experienced data science professional with a comprehensive background in quantitative UX research and product analysis. Aditya began as a Business Analyst at Scope International, where efforts focused on migrating customer data to a new banking application. A Data Scientist Intern role at Red Hat involved improving customer engagement through A/B testing. At LatentView Analytics, Aditya created a machine learning classification algorithm that significantly reduced loan default rates for a financial client. In subsequent roles at Google, Aditya advanced to Senior Quantitative UX Researcher, specializing in survey research, causal inference, and natural language processing. Responsibilities also included developing machine learning models to enhance cloud product safety, with contributions leading to patent recognition.
