Adrian Blockus

Adrian Blockus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business management. As the Founder and Managing Director of Madhatter Coffee since January 2022, Adrian has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to this, Adrian held significant roles at Google from 2016 to 2022, including Head of Strategic Partnerships for the UK, Northern Europe, and Emerging Markets, and Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships in the DACH region. Adrian's prior experience includes positions at Booz & Company as an Engagement Manager and at Capgemini Consulting as a Managing Consultant. Currently, Adrian is also an Assistant Professor in the MBA program focused on Digital Management and Data and AI Ethics at Digital Business School an der HfWU. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Responsible Innovation of AI from IE Business School, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and completion of various leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
