Adrian Janssen has extensive experience in risk operations and program management, starting as Vice President of Risk Operations at American Express from February 2001 to June 2017. In this role, Adrian oversaw Fraud Protection, Credit and Collections, and Strategy and Support teams as part of the Global Servicing Network in Bonifacio Global City.
