Agnes Fortmann-Roe

Agnes Fortmann-Roe MS, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and technical support across various organizations. At UC Berkeley, Agnes served as Program Coordinator from November 2011 to January 2014, where key projects and events were designed and developed. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Support Analyst at Capgemini, focusing on high-priority incidents, and serving as Manager at Key Solutions, where complex IT projects were managed from inception to completion. Currently, Agnes is the Head of Support and Scaled Ops at Google, having previously held positions as Cloud Learning Services Operations Manager and Vendor Strategy and Operations Manager. Agnes holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Quality Management from the University of Economics in Cracow.
