Ailsa Cole

Ailsa Cole is an experienced leader in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Googler Experience Operations APAC at Google since September 2023. Ailsa's extensive background at Google includes roles such as Lead Recruiter for Asia Pacific, Lead Recruiter for Latin America, and Head of Asia Pacific Sales Recruitment, where Ailsa managed large teams and oversaw non-technical hiring across multiple countries. Additional experience includes serving as Director - HR Global Process Owner, focusing on operational services and HR program implementation across over 70 countries. Ailsa's career in recruitment began at Office Angels as a Recruitment Consultant, following a BA in Anthropology from Durham University.
