Aino Castrén is currently the Benefits Lead for EMEA & CA at Google, where they focus on risk benefit financing optimisation and support multinational clients in managing pooling and captive programs. Aino began their career in 2007 as an International Consultant at Towers Perrin, working with numerous multinational companies on international pensions and benefits. They have held significant roles, including Head of Benefits for EMEA and APAC at WPP from 2017 to 2020, and served as an International Benefits Consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Aino is also pursuing multiple educational qualifications, including a Diploma in International Employee Benefits and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Sciences from The University of Manchester.
