Aishwarya D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and program management. Aishwarya began a career at Mu Sigma from October 2012 to March 2015 as a Senior Business Analyst, where skills in forecasting, churn analysis, and sales driver analysis were developed. Aishwarya led the establishment of a research team, facilitated comprehensive research for statistical modules, and coordinated with clients across various sectors while training junior analysts. Following this, Aishwarya worked at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2015 to January 2016 as a Sr. Business Analyst, leading teams in the Proof of Value and R&D sectors. Most recently, Aishwarya served as a Senior Technical Program Manager and Engineering Program Manager at Google in February 2022.
