Akshay Rai

Akshay Rai is a Senior Silicon Physical Design Engineer at Google with over nine years of industry experience specializing in ASIC physical design and implementation. Having worked with leading semiconductor firms, Akshay has contributed to the development of significant products, including the Google Tensor and the latest generation of ARM and Intel CPU cores. Previously, Akshay held positions at Intel Corporation, AMD, and participated in an internship at STMicroelectronics, focusing on signal integrity and power integrity issues. Akshay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master's degree in VLSI Design.
