Alberto Cavallaro has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the fields of mechanical and structural design. Starting as a Research Assistant at the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Center, Alberto developed computer models for energy-efficient systems. After serving as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Motorola's Networks Sector, where a fluidic two-phase cooling technology was successfully implemented, Alberto became an Engineering Manager at Solar Enterprises International, LLC, focusing on solar energy systems. Subsequently, Alberto held a Principal Engineer and Director position at Motorola Mobility, leading significant structural and thermal simulations for over 20 products, including groundbreaking foldable phones. Currently, Alberto serves as a Lead Structural Engineer at Google. Alberto holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
