Alberto Diaz has extensive experience in data center operations, having served as a Data Center Engineer at NTT Ltd. from September 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included hardware management and customer meetings related to server setups in Las Vegas. Prior to NTT, Alberto worked at Secure-24 as a Data Center Technician, Technical Service Representative, and Account Liaison, focusing on server setup and client communication. Currently, Alberto is a Datacenter Technician at Google. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Desk Team Lead at CareTech Solutions, managing a service desk for multiple hospitals.
