Alberto Medina has extensive experience in various roles within technology and research. Starting as a Master Student at Universidad Simón Bolívar in 1992, Alberto later worked as a Researcher at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. and Sprint. A postdoctoral fellowship at the International Computer Science Institute focused on TCP implementations and Internet communication. Alberto advanced in the field at Raytheon BBN Technologies as a Network Scientist, addressing defense-related challenges. Roles included Senior Software Engineer at Twitter and inPowered, followed by Developer Relations positions at Google between 2016 and 2018. Alberto has also pursued a Ph.D. at Boston University.
