Alea Mitchell

Alea Mitchell has a diverse professional background, beginning as an Account Manager for Crest Whitestrips at D'Arcy from 2001 to 2003. Afterward, Alea served as a Writer for the Minority Corporate Counsel Association from 2001 to 2007. In 2010, a summer associate position was held at Arent Fox, where Alea was recognized as a 2010 1L Diversity Scholar. Alea continued at Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP, first as a Summer Associate in 2011 and later as an Associate specializing in Intellectual Property, Media, and Complex Commercial Litigation from October 2012 to December 2019. Alea transitioned to Google, initially as an Associate Product Counsel from January 2020 to October 2023, before being promoted to Product Counsel in November 2023.
