Aleksandra S. has extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent sourcing, having worked as a Technical Recruiter at UST Global from February 2016 to February 2018, where the focus was on hiring IT talent to support the Gdansk office. Following this role, Aleksandra served as an Engineering Talent Sourcer at Google from March 2018 to May 2020, facilitating connections between leaders and engineers for key projects in Google Europe. Since June 2020, Aleksandra has held the position of Executive Recruiter at Google. Prior to recruitment roles, Aleksandra worked as a Conference Interpreter specializing in English-Polish interpretation, covering areas such as psychology, sociology, and technology. Aleksandra holds two Master of Arts degrees from the University of Gdansk, one in Translation Studies and another in Psychology.
