Alena J. has a diverse background in account management and product support, with experience at notable companies such as Google, Box, and Cisco Systems. Alena began a career at Cisco Systems in 2011 as an Associate Sales Representative and transitioned into roles at Box from 2013 to 2014. Alena's tenure at Google, starting in 2020, includes positions such as Staff Product Support Manager for Consumer Hardware, Senior Marketing Program Manager for Google Cloud, and Senior Community & Social Manager for Google Fi. Currently, Alena serves as the Head of Social and Community within Google's Devices and Services product area.
