Alex McPhillips is an experienced strategist in corporate communications, currently serving as the Corporate Communications Manager for Google EMEA, where they lead initiatives on trust and safety across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Alex held various roles, including Public Policy & Government Affairs Manager and Executive Communications Manager at Google, and worked with the U.S. Department of State as the Associate Director of Communications for Digital Media at the U.S. Mission to the UN. Alex's career includes significant contributions to the Obama-Biden Presidential Transition Team and grassroots campaign efforts during Sen. Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign.
