Alex Pizzuto

Research Scientist

Alex Pizzuto possesses extensive experience in both research and software engineering, having served as a Freelance Writer for Astrobites, an Undergraduate Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Mulcahy Research Fellow at Loyola University Chicago, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Pizzuto's research focused on neutrino astronomy as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Wisconsin IceCube Particle Astrophysics Center. Internships at Argonne National Laboratory in Accelerator Physics preceded a significant role at Google, where responsibilities included full-stack software development for Apigee, as well as work in Quantum AI on software engineering and research related to quantum system optimization and stability.
