Alex Small is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UX/UI design, interaction design, and team management. Alex began as a Lead Designer at XGear LLC, overseeing various design aspects, including product and web design, before transitioning to HR Cloud as a UX/UI Designer, where innovative HR applications were developed. Alex then joined Google, contributing to the Google Analytics team and focusing on the Google Analytics 360 Suite, before advancing to a leadership role as Sr. Interaction Designer and Design Manager, managing a cross-discipline UX team dedicated to enhancing consent messaging in Google's ads products. In addition to professional experience, Alex has served as a Student Mentor at Springboard, guiding aspiring UX designers. Educationally, Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Cal State Fullerton and has pursued studies in architectural engineering and graphic design at other institutions.
