Alex Usbergo is a seasoned software engineer and technical leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture, particularly in mobile and real-time communication applications. At Google since June 2016, Alex has been responsible for the engineering strategy for a significant product area focusing on AI features in real-time communications. Prior experience includes roles at Skype as a Senior Software Engineer, where Alex led major enhancements in user experience and performance for the iOS application, and at Microsoft as a UI Framework Architect for ModernKit. Additional experience encompasses mobile engineering at CirCal Aps, system architecture for TheFork, and account management at Wolters Kluwer Italia.
