Alex Wilson has extensive experience in the technology and research sectors, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Google since November 2013, following a role as Director of Applied Research at Navetas Energy Management Ltd from October 2009 to October 2013. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Senior Researcher at Winton Capital Management from October 2007 to October 2009 and served as Research and Development Manager at Celoxica from September 1999 to September 2006. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Computation from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and an MSci in Physics from the University of Durham, St John's College.
