Alexey Solofnenko

Alexey Solofnenko is an experienced software engineer and architect with a robust career spanning multiple organizations since 1993. Currently a Committer at the Apache Software Foundation since 2005, Alexey also holds the position of Software Engineer at Google since 2011. Previously, roles included Advisory Software Engineer at Elsevier MDL, where responsibilities encompassed the development of middle tier web components and the implementation of Agile methodologies. Alexey has managed teams and projects at various companies, such as Inventigo and Concorde Solutions, focusing on software development and architecture using technologies like Java, C++, and database servers. An alumnus of Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Университет with a Master's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, Alexey’s extensive expertise encompasses both technical and managerial aspects of software engineering.
