Alicia Saullo is an experienced HR and organizational development professional with a diverse background in managing human resources, change management, and customer success across various industries. Alicia began her career as a Human Resources Manager at IDT Carmel, overseeing HR operations for over 350 employees and managing critical initiatives during the company’s transition from private to public ownership.
