Allison Wright

Allison Wright is the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for YouTube at Google. With extensive experience across diverse industries such as technology, media, and retail, they have demonstrated a passion for developing HR infrastructures that foster inclusive and high-performing environments. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent at Netflix and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Activision's Sledgehammer Games Studio. Allison is also a Board of Trustee Member at The Actors Fund, contributing to initiatives that support the community. They are currently pursuing degrees in Counseling Psychology at Pepperdine University and Communications at San Jose State University.
