Alok Kumar is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in analytics and forecasting. At Deloitte India, Alok led efforts to forecast call volume for a banking customer contact center and developed a commodity price forecasting tool to assist clients with informed purchasing decisions. Previously, at Tiger Analytics, Alok specialized in market mix modeling for a bank and brokerage firm, analyzing customer and asset inflows related to media spend. Additionally, tenure at Tata Consultancy Services involved predicting airline arrival and departure delays using machine learning. Alok holds an MBA in FinTech from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, as well as a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Asansol Engineering College. Currently, Alok is working as a Data Scientist at Google.
